| Description: |
- Minimum 10 years experience in Type I tool inspection and quality system
compliance.
- Experience in procurement & supply chain audits/assessments a must.
- Ability to determine and follow contract requirements, able to interface
with multiple customers and resolve issues in timely manner.
- Coordinates activities between supplier quality assurance and the company.
- Reviews supplier manufacturing records and work instructions to ensure compliance
to design requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively to both internal customers and external
suppliers and manage multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision.
- Maintains operational focus with emphasis on customer service and day-to-day
resolution of quality issues.
- Assist in root cause determination.
- Provide expertise and leadership to suppliers.

| Requirments: |
- Proficient in blueprint reading, understanding of ANSI Y14.5 to verify geometric
conformance to form and run out.
- Ability to operate with proficiency, standard measurement instruments (SMI),
i.e. micrometers, vernier calipers, height gauges, etc. in conjunction with
more advanced inspection methods i.e. CMM,
- Understand coordinate systems, i.e. cartisan, polar.
- Ability to review and analyze various forms of inspection data, i.e. CMM
reports, Laser tracker data, point clouds, models, understand CAD to part
data, etc.
- Perform routine mathematical calculations of whole numbers, decimals &
fractions.
- Assures production tooling and test articles meet engineering and configuration
requirements by analyzing as-built vs. as-designed data.
- Computer operation skills with proficiency in excel, and word.
- Excellent oral/written communication and analytical skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and prioritization and strong work.

- Candidate must be comfortable working as an independent contractor under IRS rule 1099
