Vendor Control Service, Inc. Located at 68 Junction Square Drive Concord, Massachusetts was founded in 1986 to do domestic and international source inspection, quality surveying, and expediting. Unlike our competitors, we offer a technique for solving source inspection quality problems through good communication, thus ensuring that the vendors and customers fully understand what shall be inspected.

Who We Are

Martin Rachman

Technical Director and Co Founder

Prior to its founding, Martin used his technical, quality and reliability engineering experience of working on missile and space programs like Bomarc, Atlas, Subrock, Polaris, Minuteman, Gemini, Apollo, Hawk, Sparrow, Patriot, and Amraam, to successfully develop the Product Assurance and Source Inspection Departments which serviced all the divisions of Raytheon throughout the United States and overseas. From his Raytheon experience with our competitors, Martin realized a better, more efficient way existed to perform, capture and sustain this business. Martin's technically involved approach to solving quality assurance problems has helped to win business and produced steady growth.

Mr. Rachman has a Masters Degree in Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and is an International ISO 9000 certified lead auditor QMS IRCA #1181120 having ISO registered high technical firms throughout the United States and overseas in Japan.

William Rachman

Vice President-Sales and Operations

Since Bill's arrival in 1995 VCS has experienced almost a 400 percent increase in sales growth. The day-to-day coordination and hands on training and communications of customers needs. He also manages the recruiting and training of personnel. His technical knowledge and drive for success will continue to carry VCS into the future. US Navy Seal Team (RET)

Ileana Rachman

President and Co Founder

Ileana Rachman is a cofounder of Vendor Control Service, Inc. in 1986. Since then Ileana has been responsible for finance and administrative matters. She also deals with the day-to-day Financial and Advertising needs that still lead VCS today. BA Pennsylvania State University
