VCS was founded in 1986 by Martin Rachman, an industrial engineer with expertise in supplier quality management for Fortune 500 aerospace and military (defense) manufacturers.
VCS was established to supply a trusted network of dedicated source inspectors and engineers that could provide objective, quality assurance monitoring to ensure that a wide range of mechanical and electrical manufacturing standards and requirements were met within the supply chain.
Today this reliable network has grown worldwide to serve the aerospace, defense and medical device industries. Additionally, the auditing services have evolved into a fully automated, web-based reporting platform, customizable to each manufacturer's specifications.
