STEP 3: SCHEDULE
We schedule the quality professional to be on location at the right time and place
STEP 4: CONFIRMATION
An email is generated to the customer from the VCS portal, once the professional has scheduled the inspection date
STEP 5: COLLABORATION
VCS professionals always work collaboratively with supplier quality managers to ensure inspections are completed on time, with precision
STEP 6: REPORTING
The quality professional uses VCS back-end platform to record inspection results
STEP 7: NOTIFICATIONS
VCS, the supplier and the customer all receive email notification from the portal when the inspection is complete
STEP 8: RESULTS
The customer has immediate access to full inspection or audit results and analysis across all suppliers, via the customized portal so that corrective actions or adjustments can be made if needed
